All Municipal Court Sessions Cancelled Until Further Notice

All court sessions are cancelled until further notice.

Initial Appearance dockets set for March 13, 2020 until the Mandatory Emergency Order is lifted will be reset; defendants will be notified by mail of their new court date. You must notify the court in writing of any changes to your mailing address. If you fail to do so and we send a summons, notice to appear, or any correspondence to an address that you have provided it will be presumed that you received it.

If your case is already set up on a payment plan, payments can still be made by visiting www.vidorpayments.com, by calling 1-800-444-1187, or by putting a check or money order in the Night Deposit box located behind the building at 1330 First Street, Vidor, TX 77662.

Email the court if you need to request an extension on any of the following pre-existing conditions Ordered by Judge Abbott: payments, defensive driving, deferred disposition, or community service.

Although operations are closed to the public, defendants are encouraged to call the court at 409-769-7452 or email the one of the Clerks for information regarding their case. Court forms can be downloaded from our website at www.cityofvidor.com.
