For the sanitation department, please visit our website at https://www.cityofvidor.com/depts/bill-coll-trash for any forms that you may need. If you are wanting to set up new sanitation service you will need to print the application from our website and scan it and email it to acarter@cityofvidor.com along with a copy of your driver's license. If you are needing to make a payment we have several options for you to choose from: Mail, night drop box (located in the rear parking lot), our payment web site at www.vidorpayments.com, as well as payment over the phone with the payment group.Step-by-step guide - For online payment instructions, a step-by-step guide can be viewed, downloaded, or printed at http://thepaymentgroup.com/howtopay/
Assisted phone payments are available Monday - Friday from 8 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 2pm CDT by calling 888-744-0584.
If you would like to set up draft, please visit our website and print out the form. You will need to fill it out, attach a voided check or a letter from your bank stating your routing number and account number, and place it in our night drop box. The payments will begin being deducted on the 10th of the following month.

Vidor Municipal Court
Although operations are closed to the public, individuals may still contact the Court by phone and email to get information and handle their cases; many options are available that do not require a personal appearance.
All court dockets are cancelled. Cases that were set on dockets will be re-set; individuals will be notified by mail of their new court date.
All due dates after March 13th will be extended 45 days
Initial appearance dates (as indicated on citation)
Payment dates (payment plans, extensions, etc.)
Deferral dates (driving safety course, other deferrals)

All individuals are encouraged to call or email the Court to take care of their court business. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00. There is a Night Depository behind the building at 1330 First Street, Vidor, TX 77662.
